Contract with Paridad to conduct top-notch programmatic evaluations, including pre/post audit reviews and appraisals related to curriculum and instruction, program design, and resource allocation, as applicable to language learners.
OUR SERVICES
Our Process
Discover — solicit the needs of the client, research the applicable legal parameters, and pull relevant research documenting “best practice” in the client’s situation.
Design — create an organizational framework for the report, in concert with the client, to address the questions and/or concerns the client has regarding services provided to their language learning students.
Build — gather evidence and data from the client to inform the report and conduct site visits.
Deliver — write a report that addresses the client’s questions and/or concerns that includes findings and recommendations for change, based on analysis of collected data and evidence, and is suitable for dissemination and presentation to stakeholders and decision makers.
Reflect — coach the client as to various ways to prioritize and implement recommendations with acknowledgement of bridges and barriers to change.
