Jack Fields

Jack has over 40 years of experience working in public school environments.  He has worked in programs that range from general education to ELL education and span from Pre-school to the university level. His passion for the last 20 years has been in working collaboratively with teachers and administrators to address the needs of learners and co-developing plans to improve services to all children.  He is especially devoted to working on the needs of English language learners.  Jack strongly believes that teachers with a shared vision and mission are the pivot points for successful teaching and learning.  Currently, Jack is coaching educators in their development and application of collaborative, problem solving approaches.
