Eddie cut his teeth and accrued much of his experience in the real estate development sector.  He has worked as a consultant on a wide variety of projects from luxury single family home rehabs to $40 million condominium projects.  Eddie has a special knack for understanding the client's needs and matching those needs with just the right service or product.   Branching out to the field of education, he brings his prior valuable experience and diverse perspectives to the Paridad team.
